Bittu's visa ran out. There was talk of....sending him back to india the day after the Toronto cup, so he could get a visa and make it back for youngs tournament.

Young should definetly be in the final match and probably against Harjit club. Two world cup looking roster teams going at it.

why is jeeta maur coming? hes not gonna help lakhas team winn.. and i heard that gurlal is signing with Shan-E-Punjab (and yes even i said why wud he sign with them? lo) But if young wants to win a cup they gonna have to rely heavily on there raiders who should all raid 100% with barely any stops in teh tournament. But however, i still think that Harjit club is going to the majority of the cups remaining because Harjit is a well balanced team, and (god willing it doesnt happen) if any player gets injured on young its going to be a key injury which can be a big factor. We all know lakha didnt play well at the world cup.. dhulla was just a non factor, Kaka was good but not as good as the past years, surprsingly he did get stopped a few times. Gurlal was also, not as strong at the world cup as he was last year but his team did do good. I think that gurlal would be the top raider in that line in teh matches aswell. Was watching the 1996 international cup this morning where Lakha, Tirath, Fidoo and Jeeta more all played for Ontario Khalsa Darbar. Jeeta Maur didn't play in Toronto and he may not even play at the Young Sports tournament but just being there is great for the crowd and if he does play I think he'll do some damage.
Sukha what do you mean Lakha didn't play well. He got stopped once by Meeks who pretty much stops everyone these days. Lakha didn't raid much but he didn't play poorly, saying that he didn't play well is a poor statement.
Gurlal is still one of the top 5 raiders in the world. I'm sure he had a bit of jet lag at the Toronto world cup but am not taking any credit away from the stoppers who got him. Gurlal will be a big impact for whichever team he plays for this weekend. Young will be tough to beat at there own tournament but teams like Harjit are consistent and like Sukha says are well balanced and will be the team to beat at most tournaments. _________________ Kabaddi.org - It's all about the Game

Young beat Azzad in the final.
Tirath and Lakha played very well not 100% who received best stopper and best raider tho.
Kaka never played.
